Alexis, Osman, and Alejandro were courteous and professional during the five days I observed them onsite. Our house needed a wall support system installed and a clogged french drain replaced and we are completely satisfied with their work, however, the true test will be when the Spring and Summer rains hit. The original french drain used to run like a river during the wet season but then last year it stopped draining water. Then the water started coming through the wall. We're looking forward to the french drain sump working again this year and no "crying" walls. I'd add some photos of the beautiful work they did but Google has restrictions for upload source – shame on them. Just one of MANY reasons I'm not a google fan.

The work itself, foundation crack, was handled quickly and professionally. The work team Osman Ochoa, Jose Vasquez, Rudi Gonzales were professional, courteous and made a point to explain what they were doing and why. I appreciate the explanation and desire to ensure customer satisfaction.

Abdul Jalloh is a tremendous field inspector. He is professional, courteous and a good communicator. He carefully explained the big scope of the job and the details. He continued to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. Abdul has a strong knowledge of the housing and engineering areas of the project. He provided options. Abdul provided the trust factor I needed to have JES perform the work needed. I highly recommend the company and you would benefit from having Abdul as your field inspector.

The JES Team was fantastic! They accomplished encapsulation of 2 crawl spaces and installed a sump pump in the basement. Brian S.managed a great crew with Gio O.and David B. And added Cameron and Truman for a couple days. Brian showed me and explained what they accomplished each step of the way! They worked meticulously and cleaned up each day! They were informative, trustworthy, careful, and very pleasant to deal with! Jerry W, the electrician was great, too! We were very pleased to have JES accomplish this priority job for our home.

There was confusion when I first called to schedule the service due to a misquote provided on the service plan that I paid for. Travis and Jennifer were very helpful in crediting the cost of the plan to be used towards the cleaning service. It was unfortunate to hear about the Passing of Ashliegh Johson who the day before helped me setup the initial appointment. My since condolences to the staff and family for your loss.

I highly recommend this crew! They are courteous, kind, and cleaned up well after they finished. This team came in after a previous team made a hot mess the week prior. This review is solely for the estimator that came to my home, Michael. He was on time, knowledgeable, pleasant, patient, and kind. He walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions, and showed me photos of past projects. He followed up in a timely manner as I was going through several estimates and shared their price matching and other estimate details. In the end, I went with another company but his professionalism and thoughtfulness are a strong and bright reflection of JES and how they treat their employees and how their employees care about their company!

So I contacted JES to get a quote on crawlspace encapsulation. We were then contacted by Joseph McCullough. We made an appointment to schedule an inspection. He was prompt, courteous and professional. We did finally decide on the job, but unfortunately were unable to go through with the home improvement at this time. I do however recommend him if you are thinking of any type of foundation repairs.

It's very rare to find a service provider these days who look out for you like JES Foundation Repair did for me. Look at my reviews, I've been doing this a while and I don't mind calling them like I see them. I went into this with GREAT trepidation. I have had so many service providers try to overcharge, never call back, talk over my head, just fill in the blank. In EVERY point of this effort I was blown away. They should get an award for customer service for the communication alone! I set up an inspection and they sent me a confirmation. Beforehand, I got a note. On his way, Corey gave me a call. Then, when he arrived I had a true expert on my hands. Like a CSI episode he gave the problem a detail investigation. Here I am worried about all the other service work I've had done. Corey gave me his professional assessment, we discussed it, and away we went. At no point in my entire experience with JES was I let down. I am a phenomenal fan and will always highly recommend them for your foundation needs.
